Please be aware that for the safety of our staff & visitors there are increased security & epidemiological requirements introduced. All visitors must book an appointment, bring valid identification, limited number of visitors allowed entry and all must sanitise their hands on entry.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) uses third-party software (Setmore) to manage the Australian Embassy in Croatia appointments. Your personal information (including your name and contact details) will be collected by DFAT via Setmore to book your appointment and for related purposes. I had a really good experience at the Embassy. Firstly the appointment was very easy to make online and I received a confirmation email immediately. I arrived on time and was taken upstairs to the embassy straightaway. An officer, Renata, dealt with my request. She was very friendly and helpful, explaining how long it would take to complete my request. I left with my certificate about 30 minutes later. It was all easy and helpful.

Excellent response from the team at the Australian Embassy in Zagreb. I was worried about my passport after accidental water damage. They quickly arranged an appt for me and advised the process for organising a an emergency temp passport if required. At the office, they were very efficient and I was able to continue my holiday without worrying about the passport. Thankyou!
