I had a really good experience at the Embassy. Firstly the appointment was very easy to make online and I received a confirmation email immediately. I arrived on time and was taken upstairs to the embassy straightaway. An officer, Renata, dealt with my request. She was very friendly and helpful, explaining how long it would take to complete my request. I left with my certificate about 30 minutes later. It was all easy and helpful.

It was a great experience considering I was going there to get a new passport. They were efficient and easy to talk to.
